“Wake Up Europe!” June 25th rally in front of the European Union headquarters in Barcelona

Various solidarity groups with Cuba, united in the Catalan coordinating body Defensem Cuba, have called for a rally on June 25th at 6:30 p.m. in front of the European Union headquarters, located at Passeig de Gràcia, 90 in Barcelona, ​​to demand the lifting of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States against the island.

Under the slogans “Wake Up Europe!” and “Let Cuba Live!”, the rally calls on European institutions to adopt a firmer stance against a policy that continues to severely affect the Cuban population.

The rally is part of the international solidarity actions taking place this month in different cities across Europe.
