Cuban Foreign Trade and Investment Minister Arrives in Kuwait

Kuwait City, October 20 (RHC)-- Cuban Foreign Trade and Investment Minister Rodrigo Malmierca arrived in Kuwait on Monday to explore business opportunities and build up economic ties.

According to diplomatic sources, the Cuban official, along with other Cuban visitors, are meeting on Tuesday with Managing Director of Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Abdul Wahab Al-Bader, and the chief of the Chamber or Commerce and Industry, Alí Al-Ghanem, among other local authorities.

Kuwait is the third country visited by the Cuban Foreign Trade and Investment Minister in the Middle East. Malmierca previously visited Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, where he participated in an economic forum aimed to consolidate trade, economic and investment bilateral relations.
