Nairobi, April 3 (RHC)-- Kenyan Vice President William Ruto has expressed his gratitude to the people and government of Cuba, as well as his desire to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
His words come in the context of Cuban Vice President Inés María Chapman's recent visit to various African countries, including South Africa, Lesotho and Kenya.
During her stay in Kenya, Chapman held a meeting with Vice President William Ruto, during which both sides agreed to promote and diversify cooperation.
Ruto and Chapman also praised the establishment of a Cuban medical mission in the country, which includes hundreds of doctors from the island.
