U.S. blockade hinders Cuba's capacity to cope with COVID-19

Havana, April 3 (RHC)--COVID19 has evidenced the huge limitations that the U.S. economic blockade imposes on Cuba.  It's the main obstacle to purchase medicines, equipment, and material required to confront the epidemic. 

The Director-General of U.S. Affairs at the Cuban Foreign Ministry, Carlos Fernandez de Cossio, spoke to RHC's Roberto Bastidas on this issue.
