Havana, March 17 (RHC)-- The quarterfinals of the Champions League quarterfinals were defined today after the draw was made and champions Real Madrid will face Chelsea.

Los Merengues, the top winners of this competition with 14 crowns, will play the first leg of the series at their Santiago Bernabéu stadium. Meanwhile, the second leg will be played at Stanford Bridge, Chelsea's home.

It is worth remembering that in the last edition, when Madrid took the throne, they also clashed against the London Blues in the quarter-final round.

These teams are the champions of the last two editions of the Champions League, as Chelsea won the title in 2021.

The other matches in this stage will pit Manchester City-Bayern Munich, AC Milan-Naples and Benfica-Inter Milan against each other.

All these matches will take place between April 11 and 19.

The winner of the City-Bayern duel will face the winner of the Madrid-Chelsea match.

One thing is certain: there will be an Italian semi-finalist this year because the winner of the AC Milan-Naples match will face the winner of the Benfica-Inter match in the round of four.
