Brussels, June 26 (RHC)-- The standoff between Greece and European creditors continues with a deal still out of reach. Talks have been extended to the weekend, after both sides failed to reach an agreement on Thursday.

Creditors want Greece to accept an austerity package in exchange for new loans that would help it avoid a default. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said he’s confident the impasse can be resolved.
