Havana, May 9 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel congratulated all Cuban mothers on their day, and insisted on social discipline during the celebrations to be held Sunday in the country under the measures of isolation due to COVID-19 and the call for compliance.

On his Twitter social network account, the Cuban president recalled that this Mother's Day will not be the same, taking into account the need to comply with the provisions established to move forward in the fight against the pandemic.

Mother's Day, which has always been one of kisses, hugs, visits and celebrations of children, grandchildren, close and distant relatives, friends and neighbors, will not be the same on this second Sunday in May.  From our isolation, we kiss and hug them.   #We areCuba
