Havana, November 17 (RHC) -- Cuba's Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez, through his account on X, greeted the participants in the International Tribunal against the U.S. blockade of the island that concludes today in Brussels, seat of the European Parliament.

On the social network, the Caribbean nation's Foreign Minister explained that the genocidal, extraterritorial and interfering nature of that illegal policy, contrary to the rights of peoples, is being denounced there.

Prestigious jurists activated the day before in the European Parliament an international tribunal to judge the U.S. economic, commercial and financial blockade.

The jurists act as judges and prosecutors, evaluating testimonies of victims of the U.S. siege on the island, including not only Cubans but also European and U.S. citizens affected by the illegal policy in areas such as health, cooperation, communications, business and others.

For the closing day, the verdict and conclusions are expected, and a speech by the president of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, Fernando Gonzalez, is scheduled. (Source: Prensa Latina)
