La Paz, January 21 (RHC-NNN) -- Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister D. Majid Takht confirmed on Monday his country's willingness to strengthen friendship and cooperation ties with Bolivia.
After the Iranian deputy foreign minister had conveyed greetings from his Iranian counterpart Hasan Rohani to the Bolivian head of state Evo Morales, Takht said "We have discussed economic and political relations, as well as several international issues of common interest
He added "Iran will always stand by its revolutionary friends in Bolivia" and invited the Bolivian leader to visit Iran.
