Cuba and Armenia are Willing to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Havana, January 11 (RHC) The governments of Cuba and Armenia expressed their willingness to deepen bilateral relations in the fieds of science, trade, sports and culture.

During a meeting in Havana on Friday, Cuban government vice-president Ricardo Cabrisas and Armenian foreign minister Eduard Nalbandian affirmed their governments’ interest if further advancing bilateral cooperation.

Vice-president Cabrisas described as fruitful the official talks held with visiting Armenian official, while Nalbandian stressed his country’s willingness to reactivate political dialog with Havana to strengthen the legal framework and support of the island at international forums.

The Armenian foreign minister also held talks with his Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodriguez.
