Vietnamese Prime Minister Will Visit Cuba

Hanoi, March 14 (RHC)-- Vietnam's Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will pay an official visit to Cuba March 26th at the invitation of President Raul Castro, Vietnamese Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson Qin Gang announced in Hanoi.

The spokesperson said that the two leaders will hold talks aimed at further deepening traditional relations between their nations, increasing economic and commercial links and on issues of international interest.

During his stay in Cuba, the Vietnamese prime mininster will meet with the President of the Cuban Parliament Esteban Lazo and with representatives of solidarity and friendship organizations and will also tour places of economic and social interest.

The Vietnamese spokesperson announced that the prime minister will also visit Haiti at the invitation of Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe.
