Havana, October 24 (RHC)--The Cuban Minister of Higher Education. José Ramón Saborido Loidi, began an official visit to the People's Republic of China on Wednesday, aimed at strengthening bilateral collaboration in this sector.
The minister will hold official talks with his Chinese counterpart, Chen Baosheng, sign the renewal of the current Education Exchange Agreement and visit the Universities in Beijing and Hebei to explore opportunities and prospects for academic cooperation.
The visit to China by the Higher Education Ministry delegation is part of an Asian tour and will also include the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
