Cuba participates in Ibero-American Dialogue on Higher Education

Havana, Sep 29 (RHC) On Tuesday, José Ramón Saborido, Head of Cuba's Ministry of Higher Education (MES), participated virtually in the Second Ibero-American Dialogue on digital transformation at that educational level.

 

The MES revealed on its Twitter account, both regional and Cuban strategies for training, access, quality, equity, continuity of studies and internationalization in pandemic conditions.

 

He also pointed out that the Ibero-American Strategy for the Digital Transformation of Higher Education must consider four strategic axes: training and access, quality, equity and continuity of studies and internationalization.

 

Heads of Higher Education of the 22 countries that conform the Ibero-American Conference attended the meeting with the aim of approving specific actions in the area.

 

The digital meeting is the prelude to the Second Meeting of Ministers and High Authorities of Higher Education, to be held next year. (Source: ACN)
