Havana, August 3 (RHC) -- The renowned band Los Van Van announces an online concert sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Cuban Institute of Music for August 3.

Scheduled for that day at 4.30 in the afternoon, the concert will be broadcast on the You Tube channel of the Ministry of Culture, Canal Clave, Radio Progreso and the facebook pages of the Cuban Music Institute and Streaming Cuba. Added to the event is the official launching of the International Timba Festival 2021, organized by the Artistic and Literary Promotions Company Artex, the Culture Ministry, Cuban Music Institute, the Arts University, the Juan Formell Department and important institutions of the Cuban culture system.

The Organizing Committee of the International Timba Festival, "Forever Formell", scheduled to hold its second edition in September 2020, based on the Covid -19 pandemic and complying with preventive and recovery measures, determined to postpone it until September 2021.
