Havana, December 20 (RHC)-- Cuban piano virtuoso Frank Fernández gave a concert over the weekend at Basílica Menor de San Francisco de Asís Convent, as tribute to his close friend, Havana’s Historian Eusebio Leal Spengler, who died on July 31st, 2020.

Amidst the pandemic, Frank Fernández remained very active, offering his art and delighting large audiences on the island and abroad with presentations on digital platforms and social media, as part of the initiative coordinated by the Cuban Music Institute and the Ministry of Culture to promote the work of Cuban artists.
