Confirmed 13 countries to attend Moscow Children's Culture Forum

 

Moscow, August 9 (RHC) - Delegations from 13 nations have confirmed their participation in the Second International Children's Culture Forum, to be held in Moscow from the 10th to the 12th of this month, announced the Russian Minister of Culture, Olga Lyubimova.

 

The senior official stated that along with the delegations from Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Egypt, India, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Palestine, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, 50 representatives from new Russian regions will also participate, as reported by the TASS news agency on Tuesday.

 

Previously, the Russian Ministry of Culture announced that over two thousand children from Russia and foreign countries will participate in the event.

 

Furthermore, the forum will serve as the platform to announce the results of the Cultural Initiative competition, which focuses on children's projects in the field of culture and art.

 

The International Children's Culture Forum was first held in Moscow in August 2022. On that occasion, children from Belarus, South Ossetia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Egypt, Abkhazia, and new regions of Russia, such as the People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk, participated.
