Havana, July 29 (RHC)-- The Cuban province of Matanzas will present at the First Havana International Sports Fair 2023, a computer system called 'Sports Intelligence Suite', which allows real-time analysis of athletes' performances.

The event, from July 31 to August 6, has among its objectives to promote science in the activities of athletes, an aspect on which the project is based by making evaluations, analysis of opponents, monitoring and control of the morpho-functional evolution in physical activity.

Developed by the Matanzas Scientific and Technological Park (PCT), the Cuban Sports Research Center (CIDC) and the Information Technology Enterprise for Defense (Xetid), the system will be a step forward in the evaluation of sports performance.

Among the purposes pursued by 'Suite de Inteligencia Deportiva' (Sports Intelligence Suite) is the integration of important information that will allow, through science, to guarantee the sustainability of Cuba's results in sports through the work of its athletes.

The First Havana International Sports Fair 2023 will host the exhibition of products, services, software, presentation of exhibitions, exchanges with scientists linked to sports, analysis of facilities, among other activities in pursuit of enhancing sports activities in Cuba.
