Manchester City vs Juventus

Havana, Jun 26 (RHC) - Manchester City thrashed Juventus 5-2 at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando in the third matchday of Group G of the Club World Cup to take first place in their section.

The five goals for the team coached by Spaniard Pep Guardiola were scored by Jeremy Doku, Pierre Kalulu (own goal), Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, and Savinho. The Italian team scored through Teun Koopmeiners and Dusan Vlahovic.

With this result, the English team finished the group stage with nine points and qualified for the round of 16, where they will have to face the second team in Group H.

Despite the resounding defeat, Juventus finished second with six points, three more than Al Ain of the United Arab Emirates, and will have to face the first team of the last zone in the next stage.
