Managua, August 29 (RHC)-- Nicaraguan Presidential Adviser for Educational Affairs, Salvador Vanegas, announced that the government will be investing $26 million dollars to develop the third phase of the mobile digital classrooms educational program.
"The goal of the initiative is to improve educational levels with the use of technology. It is being installed in secondary schools throughout the country in classes of different subjects and to teach computer skills to students from seventh to eleventh grade," the presidential adviser said.
