Venezuelan people pay homage to José Vicente Rangel 

Caracas, December 19 (RHC)-- With the presence of Venezuela's Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, the people of that nation paid homage to the outstanding fighter José Vicente Rangel, in a chapel installed in the Federal Legislative Palace in the capital, Caracas.

The ceremony, held in the Elliptical Hall, was attended by family, friends, authorities of the National Executive, politicians, media, as well as representatives of various political and social movements.

Delivering the eulogy, Vice President Delcy Rodríguez assured that José Vicente Rangel was a fundamental axis of the Bolivarian Revolution, thus highlighting his impact on the most just causes of the Venezuelan people.

"José Vicente Rangel is a moral reservoir of the patriotic Venezuela ... Today we say goodbye to you by your example, to continue to travel the experience of this Revolution," added the vice president.
