Brasilia, March 8 (RHC)-- Nearly one hundred Brazilian feminist groups commemorated International Women's Day with the demand for the resignation of President Jair Bolsonaro, as well as for more vaccination coverage against the COVID-19 virus.

The day of demands took place on-line and will now extend for a whole week with actions organized by committees in each State.

In the manifesto of the call, the government of Jair Bolsonaro is described as a "project of death" for its irresponsible leadership in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, which to date has resulted in more than 260,000 deaths.
