Tunis, March 10 (RHC)-- At least 39 people are dead after two boats capsized off the coast of Tunisia.  All the victims were refugees from sub-Saharan African nations, according to Tunisian officials.

Search and rescue efforts continue in the latest tragedy in the Mediterranean, which the United Nations estimates has claimed over 20,000 migrant lives since 2014.
