London, June 3 (RHC)-- Pro-Palestine campaigners once again took the fight to the gates of Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems with another direct action protest targeting the firms London headquarters.

This is the seventh time the group has hit the site in May alone, while close to 12 anti-Elbit operations have been conducted across the country in that time.

Four activists, two of whom Palestinians, blocked off the building entrance after completely covering the front in the iconic red paint which is meant to symbolise the blood of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces. Following the action, police arrested the participants.

While reporting the London action, news broke of yet another demonstration. This time a raid on an Elbit business partner in Scotland. Thales, which manufactures military drones and other weaponry, has worked alongside the Elbit Systems on past Drone schemes.

As violence in Palestine mounts, the role in which Britain's arms trade has come under increasing condemnation.  Palestine Action have made clear they're direct action won't stop until the UK-backed oppression of Palestine ends.
