Bogotá, October 14 (RHC-PL) -- The Colombian government today congratulated President Evo Morales of Bolivia for his re-election and reiterated its willingness to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship and mutual cooperation.
In a statement released by the Foreign Ministry, Colombia also welcomed the people of that country for their commitment to democracy, as evidenced by the recent election.
Both nations have enjoyed diplomatic relations for 100 years, said the statement published in the digital portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
