Washington, January 31 (RHC)-- Half of the United States Senate has refused to formally acknowledge the existence of man-made climate change. Forty-nine Republicans voted against a measure noting "human activity significantly contributes to climate change."

The U.S. Senate did overwhelmingly approve a resolution acknowledging that climate change is not a hoax; just one person voted against it -- Mississippi Republican Sen. Roger Wicker.
