Cleveland, June 4 (RHC)-- In the U.S. city of Cleveland, Ohio, investigators have submitted their findings on the fatal police shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice six months ago.

Little Tamir Rice was playing with a toy replica gun when an officer shot him dead only seconds after pulling up in his vehicle. Prosecutors are expected to review the case and present it to a grand jury.

And in other news, a Madison, Wisconsin, police officer will not face internal discipline for fatally shooting an unarmed African-American teenager. Tony Robinson was shot dead in March after Officer Matt Kenny forced his way into an apartment following a "disturbance."

The police officer says Robinson attacked him upon his entry. Prosecutors declined to charge Kenny last month and on Wednesday, police said he has also been cleared by the Madison Police Department’s Internal Affairs unit.
