Havana, November 9 (RHC)-- The Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Rodrigo Malmierca, reiterated that the 37th Havana's International Fair has been a demonstration that foreign business people have confidence in the Cuban market, despite pressure from the U.S. government and the unjust blockade against the largest nation in the Antilles.

In statements to the press after the awards ceremony and closing of the most significant Cuban trade exchange, Malmierca said that over four thousand exhibitors from more than 60 countries presented their primary goods and services, in addition to the fact that there have been good deals made between domestic and foreign entities.

The minister stressed that three new association agreements were signed with foreign capital, one of them in the Mariel Special Development Zone.
