Governments of Cuba and Honduras will talk about immigration issues

 

Havana, February 5 (RHC) The governments of Cuba and Honduras will hold the 4th bilateral Round of Talks on Migration Issues in Tegucigalpa on February 6 and 7.

According to Cuba’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting will allow analyzing the state of the migratory flow between both countries, and evaluate the implementation of joint actions aimed at discouraging illicit acts associated with irregular migration and guaranteeing a regular, orderly and safe migratory flow.

The Honduran delegation will be led by Allan Alvarenga, director of the National Migration Institute; while Laura Ivet Pujol, general director a.i. of Consular Affairs and Attention to Cubans Resident Abroad of the Foreign Ministry, will chair the Cuban side. (Source: PL)
