Cuban and Spanish Businesspeople to Exchange on Investment

Havana, April 13, (RHC), -- A delegation of 45 businesspeople are slated to participate Tuesday in a forum with Cuban entrepreneurs, with the aim of discussing new opportunities for business.

Organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba, the meeting will have the attendance of the Secretary of State for Trade of Spain, Jaime García-Legaz Ponce, who heads the delegation of the European nation.

The forum will be preceded by a meeting between Garcia-Legaz and the Interim President of the Cuban Chamber of Commerce, Odalys Seijo Garcia, organizers said.

The sources added that the new Law 118 for Foreign Investment and the newly established Mariel Special Development Zone will be among the top issues in the meeting's agenda.
