Minister of Health of Equatorial Guinea travels to Cuba

Malabo, January 23 (RHC)-- Juan Ndong Nguema, Minister of Health of Equatorial Guinea is traveling to Cuba, for an official visit at the invitation of his counterpart, Roberto Morales.

Ndong Nquema is heading a large delegation that includes Deputy Minister for Higher Education María Jesús Mcara Owono Mze, who will participate in the 2nd International Conference 'With All and for the Good of All' on the legacy of Cuban National Hero José Martí here in Havana.

Diplomatic sources in Malabo, the country's capital, said the two leaders praised Cuba's cooperation with Equatorial Guinea in health and education, which they said are in tune with the African country's set goals through 2020.

During their stay in Cuba, the two officials of Equatorial Guinea will hold talks with Cuban authorities in the health and education sectors to identify new ares of cooperation and will visit places of interest.
