Cuba will not play Fifa matches in September

Havana, September 2 (RHC/JIT)-- The Cuban Football Association (AFC) informed today that our national team will not play Fifa matches in September.

INFORMATION FROM THE AFC

The Cuban Football Association informs that the National Football Team will not play the matches of the FIFA date corresponding to the month of September.

The pandemic situation in both the American and European continents complicates air travel, as well as the development of any friendly or official event within the national territory. Therefore, the development of the FIFA date for our national team is unfeasible.

We continue working for the development of the October and November FIFA games, with greater objectivity.
