Havana, January 27 (RHC/JIT)-- Cuban softball players Anisley Lopez, Yadira Escalona and Yarianna Lopez signed contracts to play in the women's national league of Guatemala.

The signing took place at the Adolfo Luque Hall of the Latin American Stadium, in the presence of the head of the Cuban Softball Federation, Juan Reinaldo Perez Pardo.

The trio of athletes, with previous professional experience, will play for the Lanquetin Softball club in a tournament scheduled from January 21 to July 15.

In dialogue with JIT they all welcomed this competitive opportunity that will allow them to prepare for the main commitments of the season with the national team.

The protocol ceremony of the agreement was attended by officials and directors of the Sociedad Mercantil Cubadeportes S. A., the entity that assumes the legal representation of the athletes.
