Senegalese striker Mané to leave Liverpool

Havana, May 30 (RHC)-- Senegalese striker Sadio Mané will leave Liverpool this summer following his club's 1-0 Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid in Paris.

Mané, 30, sent a message of thanks to the club, the manager and the fans stating that the final on French soil was his last game for the City of the Beatles.

The Senegal international arrived at Liverpool in the 2016-2017 campaign and in 196 games scored 123 goals, while dishing out 39 assists for a franchise with which he won six titles, including the 2019 Champions League.

Several specialized media claim that the player will arrive at Bayern Munich to replace Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, who could leave the team for La Liga in Spain, with a contract in favor of Barcelona.
