Christian Stuani

Havana, Jun 30 (RHC) Today, Uruguayan striker Cristhian Stuani renewed his contract with Spanish soccer club Girona.

In a statement, the Catalan club said:

Girona was, is and will be your home, Cristhian. Together for a new season! 

Stuani arrived in 2017 at Girona from Middlesbrough and since then, based on goals, he became a legend of the club, to the point of leading them to the Champions League 2024-2025.

In total, the 38-year-old South American striker scored 141 goals and provided 12 assists in 289 appearances for Girona since his arrival at Montilivi.

Girona and Stuani extended their contractual relationship until 2026, with a clause that could become effective to remain together until 2027.
