Havana, December 12 (RHC)-- The Cuban Movement for Peace and Sovereignty is hosting a seminar on Wednesday in which activists and intellectuals are discussing U.S. military interventionism and the current threats to peace in Latin America.
The meeting studies Washington's use of armed aggression in Latin America as a method of control, destabilization of revolutionary processes and to seize the region's natural resources.
According to organizers of the seminar, the U.S. military invasion of Grenada in October 1983 will be analyzed, as well as Washington's invasion of Panama in December 1989.
