Deputy Transport Minister Naima Alfonso Acosta announces the fair.

Havana, August 4 (RHC)--The International Transport and Logistics Fair 2022 will be held in Havana from September 27 to 29. The event will promote the sustainable development of the sector in Cuba to offer quality public service and improve the performance of the economy.

Deputy Transport Minister Naima Alfonso Acosta said the event would have among its priorities the sustainable mobility of passengers and cargo, the modernization of means and infrastructure, the use of renewable energies, and efficiency in the supply chain and logistics in general.

The fair will include a specialized round of business on topics such as the development of the naval, railway, and automotive industries, transportation for international tourism, the supply and manufacture of spare parts and materials, and the advancement of the country's logistics performance.
