Cuban delegation arrives in Algeria to attend Polisario Front Congress

The Polisario Front Congress will raise the flags against colonialism.

Havana, Jan 10 (RHC) A delegation headed by a member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) Yudí Rodríguez Hernández arrived Tuesday in Algiers to attend the 16th Congress of the Polisario Front, to be held from January 13th through the 17th. .

 

Rodríguez Hernández will travel to the Algerian provinces where the Saharawi refugee camps are located, and there she will carry out a political program with the authorities of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR).

 

The Cuban delegation carries the message of the Communist Party and the people of the Caribbean island to ratify the leadership of the Polisario Front the firm conviction that  Cuba will never cease to be by their side in their struggle for their independence and sovereignty.

 

The head of the preparatory sub-commission of Foreign Relations and Information of the event, Sayek Baba Hasanna told the agency Prensa Latina that "it is a huge honor and a great joy that Cuba participates in our Congress, a brother country we admire for its revolutionary and resistance struggle."

 

The Cuban leader also plans to hold talks with Algerian personalities.
