Havana, August 16 (RHC)-- Members of the 'Bicicletazo' (cycling route) project finished the second phase of the route after 25 km ride on Friday.  They are demanding the freedom of Cuban anti-terrorists still held in U.S. prisons.

The cyclist group left the Latin American Medicine School for Julio Antonio Mella International Camp in Artemisa, west of Havana, where they were welcomed by members of the 6th Solidarity Brigade with Cuba.

The 170 young brigade members from 48 countries joined voices with the five cyclists from  Angola, Colombia, Cuba, Palestine and East Timor who are covering a 200 km route to claim freedom for Gerardo Hernández, Ramón Labañino and Antonio Guerrero.

The cyclists, using the slogan 'I Want You Free,' are visiting historical and educational sites and meeting with Cuban and foreign young people as well as relatives of The Five.

The cycling event ends Tuesday, August 19th, at the Salvador Allende Medical School in Havana.
