Cuban President Díaz-Canel is congratulated for his reelection from Jordan

Havana, April 21 (RHC) - The Association of Jordanian Physicians and graduates in Cuba congratulated President Miguel Díaz-Canel on Friday for his reelection as head of the Republic of Cuba for a second term.

In a joint letter, the doctors emphasized that the trust placed in Díaz-Canel has its roots in his commitment during the first stage when he assumed all the challenges, in light of the intensification of the United States blockade and the confrontation with the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Jordanian graduates in Cuba expressed their confidence in the Revolution and its direction to overcome the continuous imperialist aggressions and challenges of all kinds. They highlighted the strength, potential and creativity of Cubans to transform the impossible into possible. They also reiterated the commitment to defend the truth of Cuba from their trenches as doctors trained by Cuban institutions.

The Association also underlined the solidarity and friendship between peoples and highlighted the memory and legacy of the historic leader, Fidel Castro Ruz (1926-2016).  (Source: Prensa Latina)
