The global military spending reached a historical record of 2.44 trillion dollars last year, with NATO spending more than all other countries combined

Havana, May 25 (RHC) The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, said today that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), in its attempts to impose its global domination, increases military expenditures and creates new threats to international peace and security.

In his official X account, Rodríguez stressed that they try to limit the economic advances of developing countries, which endanger the historical dominance of the United States and its allies.

He also denounced the excessive increase in global military spending, which reached a historical record of 2.44 trillion dollars last year, and indicated that the figure grew for the ninth consecutive year, with NATO spending more than all other countries combined. (Source: PL)
