Uruguay, November 15 (RHC)-- Cuba's Permanent Representative to the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI)Héctor Fraginals de la Torre and his Colombian counterpart Natalia Abello Vives have signed the 3rd Additional Protocol of the bilateral Economic Complementation Agreement, adopted by the two nations in the framework of the Treaty of Montevideo (TM80).
The accord signed back in 2000 and the additional protocols deal with market access, tariff regulations, intellectual property, investment opportunities, service provision, technical terms, trade exchanges and dispute resolution.
