Cuba's men's team will face the Czech Republic tonight in one of the semifinal matches at the Challenger Volleyball Cup, which will conclude next Sunday in Seoul, South Korea.

Havana, July 29 (RHC)-- Cuba's men's team will face the Czech Republic tonight in one of the semifinal matches at the Challenger Volleyball Cup, which will conclude next Sunday in Seoul, South Korea.

According to the International Federation's website www.fivb.com, the Cubans will face the Czechs this Saturday, but due to the time difference between Cuba and South Korea -13 hours-, the match must start at 11 p.m. this Friday.

In the quarterfinals, the largest of the Antilles defeated Chile 3-0 and the Europeans beat Tunisia 3-1, while the other semifinal will feature South Korea and Turkey, who advanced with 3-2 and 3-1 victories over Australia and Qatar, respectively.

The winners will play for the title and the only ticket to the Nations League in 2023, while the losers will fight for third place.
