The document recalls that the facility chosen for the climax of the competition has a capacity for 15,000 spectators and will keep its retractable roof closed while it receives the aspirants to reign in the seven categories for men and the six in the women's sector.

The event will gather 124 competitors of each sex, still pending to be completed in a pair of world qualifying events that will have their most immediate chapter from March 3 to 14 in the Italian city of Busto Arzizio.

Cuba will face that commitment with the purpose of completing its men's squad, already in possession of the quotas provided by Julio Cesar la Cruz (92 kg), Arlen Lopez (80 kg) and Saidel Horra (57 kg), and obtaining two among the women.
