New York, June 21 (RHC)-- In the U.S., another 1.5 million people filed unemployment claims last week, bringing the total to over 45 million since the coronavirus crisis began.  This marks the 13th week in a row in which more than a million people filed for unemployment.

This comes as the total wealth of the nation’s billionaires has jumped by nearly $600 billion since March 18, according to a report by Americans for Tax Fairness.  During this period, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos made $44 billion.  Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg made $32 billion.
