Bolivia to launch early childhood TV program with UNICEF

Bolivian institutions and authorities in alliance with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) announced the creation of a television program focused on early childhood that will be broadcast beginning Saturday, November 27.

La Paz, November 24 (RHC)-- Bolivian institutions and authorities in alliance with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) announced the creation of a television program focused on early childhood that will be broadcast beginning Saturday, November 27.

The Ministry of Justice and Institutional Transparency, through the General Directorate of Children and Older Adults of the Vice Ministry of Equal Opportunities, together with the Deputy Ministry of Communications, Bolivia TV and with the support of UNICEF created this space called "1,000 Days."

"The objective is to achieve a loving and sensitive upbringing, through practices and experiences of mothers and fathers in their daily lives," highlighted the Deputy Minister of Equal Opportunities, Miriam Huacani.
