Caracas, March 31 (RHC)-- Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yván Gil revealed plans for an armed operation promoted by Venezuelan ultra-right sectors to attack the sovereignty of the South American country.

Through his X account, the Venezuelan foreign minister affirmed that the destabilizing operation would be disguised as a supposed "libertarian movement" formed by mercenaries linked to Operation Gideon and directed from the United States (US).

In his post, Venezuela's top diplomat warned that the movement devised by the ultra-right wing confessed a destabilization plan that "does not require explanations", when referring to a publication by fugitive from justice, Mario Iván Carratú Molina, who allegedly has information of illegal militias formed in the U.S., who will try to attack Venezuela.

With these posts we can apply the legal axiom that says "By confession of parties, relay of evidence", the desperation of violent and terrorists pushes them to confess their plans. No explanations are needed: the Venezuelan ultra-right doesn't believe in democracy or elections! pic.twitter.com/BSf9cTGRQz

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro rejected last Friday the new threats against the country by the U.S. government.

In a message to the Venezuelan people, President Maduro declared that the U.S. empire is once again threatening the South American nation with "nailing the nails of the sanctions of the blockade, of the economic aggression".

In view of Washington's threats, the president reiterated that the Venezuelan people are blessed and that the empire, in its arrogance, "believes it owns our people."  "We will always have to teach a lesson from the rebellious spirit of Christ the Redeemer to those who do harm with their evil.  They believe they can put an end to our hope, to our spiritual strength", said the Venezuelan head of state.
