Quito, January 28 (RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has proposed the implementation of what he called 'a tactical plan to confront and overcome economic crises and strengthen trade ties among countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, thus impacting regional economies positively'.

Addressing Wednesday's CELAC summit, Maduro called on the bloc's rotating president, the Dominican Republic, to organize regional debates on the Venezuelan proposal.
