Havana, October 14 (RHC)-- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez has deplored the behavior of Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro in the face of the situation his country is experiencing with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rodriguez wrote on his Twitter account: "The Ministry of Health of the South American giant reported that 10 thousand 220 new cases of the disease were registered, from Monday to Tuesday, and the total rose to five million 113 thousand 628 confirmed infections."

The mortality rate for COVID-19 is 71.9 deaths per 100 thousand inhabitants in Brazil, while the lethality percentage remains around three percent.

Brazil appears as the third country with more cases of coronavirus, after the United States and India, and the second with more human losses.
