Havana, Sep 20 (RHC) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez stressed that the Caribbean nation will reaffirm its commitment to multilateralism and solidarity at the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

 

In his account on the social network Twitter, Rodriguez said that the country will advocate for adherence to the UN Charter and international law, as well as ratify that only through international cooperation will be able to face the challenges imposed by Covid-19.

 

The high-level segment of the General Assembly opens its debates on Monday, with the focus on the pandemic and climate change, as announced by chairman Abdulla Shahid.

 

More than 100 heads of state and government will participate on site in the general debate of the UN General Assembly starting next Tuesday. (Source: Radio Reloj)
