The gun attack at a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow left at least 40 dead and 100 injured

Havana, March 22 (RHC) Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel strongly condemned the terrorist act that occurred this Friday in the Moscow region.

In his X account, Díaz-Canel expressed condolences to the Government and people of Russia for the loss of human life and the numerous injuries.

According to Russian security services, a gun attack at a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow left at least 40 dead and 100 injured this Friday. Five people dressed in camouflage suits opened fire in the municipal auditorium of Crocus, northwest of the city.

Images of the incident show a large fire and smoke in the concert hall, which has a capacity of 9,500 people.

At the time of the attack, there were around 6,200 people in the venue, a figure that corresponds to the number of tickets sold for the concert of the well-known Russian rock group Picnic. (Sources: @DiazCanelB/ BBC News Mundo)
